Boxercise®
Boxercise® involves a hard hitting, full body workout which is fun, stress busting and suitable for everyone!

Home Training
Not everyone enjoys a gym environment or has enough spare time to get there, therefore catering for an individual client by training them at there home is sometimes the preferred method.

Programme Design
Unique, cutting edge programmes tailor made for each individual client to help achieve goals.

Functional Training
Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.

Core Stability
Core stability relates to the bodily region bounded by the abdominal wall, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm and its ability to stabilize the body during movement. The main muscles involved include the transversus abdominus, the internal and external obliques, the quadratus lumborum and the diaphragm. The diaphragm is the main muscle of breathing in the human and so breathing is important in providing the necessary core stability for moving and lifting. It is the action of these muscles contracting together upon the incompressible contents of the abdominal cavity that provides support to the spine and pelvis during movement.

Circuit Training
Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

Nutritional Advice inc. Weight Management
There are 6 nutrient groups which the human body is able to use for building material and fuel. They are: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. An understanding of the basic principles of nutrition is very important and I believe is the foundations of any successful training programme.

Plyometrics
Plyometrics is a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports. Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence, to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. Plyometric exercises use explosive movements to develop muscular power. Plyometric training acts on the nerves, muscles, and tendons to increase an athlete's power output without necessarily increasing their maximum strength.
